Kenya – new KEBS PVoC regs
The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), a statutory organisation of the government of Kenya, has implemented guidelines called the Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) for exports to Kenya. All consignments which are subject to the Kenya PVoC must obtain a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issued by an authorised PVoC Agent.
